My husband and I have had a few different realtors between us over the years and Rick was BY FAR the best one we’ve ever met. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and is looking out for their best interest and their long term happiness. While looking at homes he would point out potential issues that may arise (without being pushy or opinionated) – when it would have been easier to ignore and make the sale. I would recommend only him to anyone who’s thinking of buying or selling.

Rick makes sure to check in with you frequently and makes sure to understand that your needs are met.

He went above and beyond to help us quickly make a sale during the beginning of COVID and we were able to get the property of our dreams thank to Rick. It felt like shopping for homes with a good friend.
